Description
- Hinged and sliding cold room doors are produced with 8, 10, 12 and 15 cm thick leaves, depending on the application. For low-temperature rooms, the door gaskets are fitted with heating cables to prevent freezing.
- The standard size is 90 × 190 cm; wider or narrower doors are made to suit the project.
- An external lock and an inside release handle with a luminous panic button are standard.
- Polyurethane with a density of 40–42 kg/m³ is injected between two 0.50 mm steel sheets on high-pressure machines. The door leaf is moulded in one piece from a single injection point.
- The standard facing is RAL 9002 polyester-coated galvanised steel; PVC-coated galvanised steel or AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel is available on request.
- As the doors are in constant contact with food, hygiene is essential: they are made from antibacterial materials that comply with HACCP rules.
